Chris Rosales

Assistant Professor of Practice

Truly a Wildcat for Life, I received both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Arizona and am currently working at the institution as an Assistant Professor of Practice with the Office of General Education and W.A. Franke Honors College. Throughout all my years at the UA, I have worked with the cultural and resource centers, students on academic probation, first-year transition programs, student affairs marketing, the College of Education, Student Engagement & Career Development, Fraternity & Sorority Programs, and the Advising Resource Center. Although my professional journey may seem like it has led me through unrelated twists and turns, I am a lifelong learner who has taken lessons big and small to build the career I have today. I believe that any amount of progress should be celebrated and take every opportunity to explore my skills, discover new interests, and pursue wherever curiosity leads me.

Outside of my work in higher education, I love all things creative including theatre arts, dance, photography, video production, and graphic design. I also enjoy playing board games with my friends and always appreciate a good pun (the harder it makes someone eye-roll the better). I can be found spending most of my free time at The Drop Dance Studio, both as a teacher and taking classes as a student.
